- Back to School Fair in Fountain - Fountain Community Services, in partnership with Peak Vista Community Health Centers, will hold its annual Back to School Health Fair on Saturday, July 31 at 301 E. Iowa behind the Lorraine Center in Fountain. Ages 3-18 are eligible to receive services. No appointment is necessary. The Fair offers physicals, immunizations, dental screenings, community resources and more. Call 322-0777 x 5801 or 211 for more information.

Back to School Fair in Divide - Peak Vista Community Health Centers will hold its first Back to School Health Fair for the Teller County Community on Saturday, July 24 at its Family Health Center at Divide, 34 Hybrook Road South, Divide. a Champion of Community Health at its signature event and features an Olympian as the keynote speaker. The event honors volunteer physicians and dentists, generates funds
