Peak Vista Legacy Pathway Brick Program

Leave your legacy one brick at a time through Peak Vista Foundation’s Legacy Pathway Brick Program.  The Peak Vista Legacy Pathway at the newly expanded and renovated International Circle Pediatric Health Center entrance provides an opportunity for you to make a lasting tribute to a friend, family member, or special occasion. 

Bricks may be purchased for $1,000 and can be inscribed with up to three lines of text, each line containing up to 15 characters, including blank spaces and punctuation.  Donors will receive a commemorative certificate for each brick purchased.

Peak Vista Community Health Centers Foundation policies are written to protect each donor’s charitable intent for their gift. Should funding needs change, the Board of Directors of Peak Vista Community Health Centers Foundation is authorized by these policies to use the funds for purposes similar to the original purpose that in their judgment will help advance the aims of promoting access to healthcare.
