At the Moreno Health Center we focus on providing exceptional healthcare for adult patients(18 and older) that are currently enrolled with AspenPointe.

Integrating Peak Vista’s adult medical services into AspenPointe’s Adult and Rural Services location (which already provides mental health, substance abuse, care management, housing, justice/rehabilitation, pharmacy, and lab services) will enable patients at that site to be seen by both AspenPointe and Peak Vista providers and allow them to establish a medical home.

On the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month, the Moreno center will open at 9:00am
