School-Based Health Centers

Peak Vista Community Health Centers currently operates 2 school-based health centers across El Paso and Teller counties to best serve children and families where they already are. Please click below to learn about each of these centers and their healthcare providers.

These centers provide services such as: physical health appointments/sick child care, athletic physicals, behavioral health care and counseling, dental referrals, and Medicaid / CHP+/CICP and Sliding Scale Enrollment.
