Cripple Creek – Victor Mountain Health Center

The Cripple Creek-Victor Mountain Health Center (CCV MHC) is located at Cresson Elementary in the school nurse’s office and is available to approximately 500 students and their siblings (aged 0-21) within the Cripple Creek-Victor School District. Cripple Creek children identified with dental needs will be referred to Peak Vista’s Family Health Center at Divide, which has an extensive dental component. This important initiative is in partnership with Peak Vista Community Health Centers, the Cripple Creek-Victor School District, Cripple Creek Counseling Center and AspenPointe.

• Physical health appointments/sick child care
• Athletic physicals
• Behavioral health care and counseling
• Dental Referrals to Peak Vista’s Family Health Center at Divide
• Medicaid / CHP+/CICP and Sliding Scale Enrollment
• Some prescription funding
