Our ENTRADA School Based Health Center provides outpatient care for your
children from 0-21 years of age who attends or has a sibling enrolled at a
District 2 school. We ensure that your child's well-being is safeguarded by
attending to their physical and psychological needs as he or she grows
from childhood into adolescence. In addition to caring for illnesses, injuries
and chronic health issues, we provide preventative physical exams and
immunizations and Behavioral Health Specialists to help patients with
emotional or behavioral concerns.
ENTRADA also provides an outreach/enrollment specialist who will work
together with patients to provide screening and processing of applications
for Medicaid, CHP + and CICP- Many children in District 2 qualify for
one of these programs.

- Dental Referrals to Peak Vista’s Family Health Center or RMCM.
- Medicaid / CHP+/CICP and Sliding Scale Enrollment
