1.0 FTE PA/NP- a provider with at least 3 years OBGYN experience preferred needed to on a team in a Women’s Health setting, working a Well Woman Clinic doing PAP Smears and Breast exams and working with prenatal patients. This provider must be willing to frequently use different exam rooms and be flexible with their work space area. Ability to work well with a Team and enjoy developing programs that are State Funded with specific rules and guidelines is a necessity. The applicants must be highly motivated, self starters, and looking for a demanding and challenging job. |

Responsible for the supervision of the Data Management Department, Internal Audit and Reports to include Cost Reports, Uniform Data Set, federal Financial Reporting and other reporting compliance. Participates in implementing the strategic plan. Responsible for the preparation of proformas, grant budgets, grant billings, and monthly grant reporting summations. • General Microsoft programs. ‘Project Manager’ and ‘Solomon’ a plus.
• Able to adapt and change based on external circumstances.
• CPA or CIA preferred.

Registering patients who currently have private insurance, Medicaid, and/or CHP+. Will perform data entry into computer systems. Receiving telephone calls, transferring calls to appropriate departments and other patient service duties. Supports many internal departments by providing quality customer service.
