Health Education

Peak Vista’s Health Education Department works in collaboration with Peak Vista providers to offer individualized and group education for patients. Health education is provided by Registered Nurses and Registered Dietitians who are available to Peak Vista patients at all of our locations. The Health Education Department provides group classes and individual appointments on a variety of topics including:

Nutrition
Weight management
Chronic disease management
Heart disease
Asthma
Diabetes
Tobacco cessation
