As the health care home for more than 74,000 patients, Peak Vista cares for an average of 1,200 patients daily, who live in 14 counties across Colorado. We increase access to crucial primary care by reducing barriers such as cost, lack of insurance, distance, and language.

Community Health Centers like Peak Vista have been recognized by the Congressional Budget Office for providing more effective care and decreasing Medicaid and Medicare spending through reducing unnecessary procedures, hospital stays, and ER visits. Achieving 24% savings per Medicaid patient and 30% savings per Medicare patient at our clinics versus other outpatient clinics is a testament to our stewardship of these federal and state funds. Peak Vista and Colorado’s Community Health Centers save the state an average of $1,200 per Medicaid patient each year.
