Colleen Rose, FNP-C, is a medical care provider and joined the Peak Vista team in 2022. Her approach to treating patients is based on creating a trusting partnership. Colleen believes that patients should be treated as a whole person rather than just treating their illness. She partners with patients to prevent and manage acute and chronic illnesses and establish reasonable goals to obtain the optimal level of good health.
In her free time, Colleen enjoys spending time with her kids and family.
