Misinformation can be harmful. We appreciate that people are looking out for one another. However, we have not received any communication from officials regarding ICE raids at any Peak Vista location. These rumors are unfounded. We are deeply concerned this information could stop patients from seeking the care they need. We are committed to upholding laws that protect patient privacy, including HIPAA regulations. We acknowledge the stress and uncertainty the recent changes to the Sensitive Locations Policy have caused for our community. While we have had no contact with ICE or law enforcement about this, we are legally required to comply if they visit our facilities. We understand and share your concerns.
