APRN Primary Care Fellowship - Fellow
Eileen Montoya, FNP-C, is a medical care provider and joined the Peak Vista team in 2023. Eileen believes in Peak Vista's mission of increasing access to health care by addressing the barriers to and social determinants of health in the communities we serve. She believes the most important aspect of patient care is listening to what your patients are telling you and considering carefully differential diagnosis. Eileen finds that evidence-based care is an important aspect of providing high-quality health care and should be considerate of individual autonomy. On top of primary care, Eileen specializes in the treatment of chronic health conditions including hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and mental health conditions including depression and anxiety.
