APRN Primary Care Fellowship - Program Director
Kelli Greenleaf, FNP-BC, is a medical care provider and joined the Peak Vista team in 2016. Kelli earned her undergraduate degrees from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and completed her graduate degree from Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences. Her approach to treating and caring for patients is to provide quality and compassionate care to all. She strives to educate her patients and provide knowledge about preventative care.
In her free time, Kelli enjoys reading and cooking.
