Kristy Helm, PsyD, is a behavioral health provider and joined the Peak Vista team in 2024. Dr. Helm earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and completed medical schooling at the University of the Rockies. She treats each patient with compassion and care by offering open communication and support.
In her free time, Dr. Helm enjoys cycling, kayaking, paddle boarding, and reading.
