Healthcare leadership at Peak Vista, medical provider leaders Colorado Springs

Richard (Dick) Eitel, J.D.

Interim President and Chief Executive Officer
(with Peak Vista since 2025)

Dick brings a wealth of leadership experience to the interim role having been CEO of Memorial Health System in Colorado Springs and is familiar with the interim role having most recently served as Interim Chief Financial Officer for Diocese of Pueblo while a search for a permanent CFO was conducted. With a proven track record in navigating the complex financial landscape of health care, leading integrated care models across clinical and administrative teams, driving operational excellence, and his pro bono legal aid for the underserved population, he is poised to lead Peak Vista through this transitional period.

In his free time, he continues to give back to the community through a number of Catholic-affiliated organizations that help those who are suffering. Additionally, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, adult children, and eight grandsons who live across Colorado.


Joel Tanaka

Joel Tanaka, MD

Chief Medical Officer
(with Peak Vista since 2019)

Dr. Tanaka is from Idaho and a twenty-six-year Army Veteran. He completed his undergraduate studies at the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York in 1992 and went on to graduate from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) in 1996. Dr. Tanaka is passionate about serving people who have access barriers.

“My relationship with patients is based on mutual trust and respect,” comments Dr. Tanaka. “I believe that the majority of the healing process in people happens outside of the medical system – where people live, work, worship, play and socialize.”

During his free time, Dr. Tanaka enjoys spending time with his family and cheering for the Denver Broncos.


Nartker

Robert Nartker, MBA

Chief Operations Officer
(with Peak Vista since 2019)

Robert is originally from Hillsboro, Ohio, however has spent the last 25 years in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Rob completed his Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Colorado Technical University. He has 26 years of health care experience that includes executive management of a myriad of specialty and primary care practices, urgent care locations, and oversight of a residency program. Rob is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives, and is also a licensed PTA. He sits on several area boards including the American College of Health Care Executives and Home Front Military Care Network Advisory Board.

During his free time, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons.


Ryan Spillane

Ryan Spillane, MBA

Chief Financial Officer
(with Peak Vista since 2022)

Ryan has lived and travelled globally but considers Colorado Springs his home. He is a 20-year career Army Veteran, with half his career flying medical helicopters, and the other half leading healthcare administration through operations and finance.

He most recently served as the COO of Evans Army Community Hospital and concurrently as the CFO of the Colorado Military Health System.

He is a graduate of the University of Colorado here in Colorado Springs and earned his Master of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is passionate about influencing operations through the financial lens.

He and his wife focus on their seven children and he enjoys playing jazz guitar and working under the hood of old muscle cars in his spare time.


Barbara Gibbons

Barbara Gibbons

Chief of Staff
(with Peak Vista since 2019)

As Chief of Staff, Barbara serves as the voice of the CEO in the interest of managing projects to completion, tracking timelines, and planning for the PVCHC Board of Directors meetings, and works hand in hand with the Executive Team, Senior Leadership Team, and project management office.

Barbara is originally from Pennsylvania and has lived in Colorado Springs for the past 16 years. Before joining the Peak Vista team, she held positions as a Manager of Urgent Care, managing day-to-day operations for six Urgent Care Clinics across Southern Colorado; a Clinic Supervisor for three Physical Therapy Clinics; and served in Business Support for Health Care Executives. 

She earned her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from Colorado State University, as well as an associate degree in Computer Science from Mount Aloysius College. In her spare time, Barbara enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons kayaking, camping, and enjoying time outdoors.


Amy Roberts

Amy Roberts

Vice President of Human Resources

Amy is originally from Ohio, however, Colorado Springs has been her home for the past 23 years. Amy joins Peak Vista after spending close to 13 years in healthcare HR and has held roles such as Director of Human Resources, Director of Staffing Operations, Clinical HR Manager and Healthcare Recruiter. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and a master’s degree in Strategic HR Management from the University of Denver.

Amy is a member of multiple associations and loves to volunteer her time to UCCS, whether it’s through mentorships, scholarship programs, career coaching or being a panel/guest speaker. She truly has an affinity for higher education and helping people achieve success in their career paths. 

In her free time, Amy enjoys spending quality time with the people she cares about and this includes spending time with her two beautiful dogs.


Harold Geolingo

Harold "Geo" Geolingo, MHA

Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Clinical Operations

Harold Geolingo is originally from La Verne, California and has lived in Colorado Springs, Colorado for 15 years.  He has over 30 years of health care management and leadership experience that spans the spectrum of specialty care, primary care, and behavioral health in ambulatory and hospital settings. Geo has a passion and belief in quality health care that is patient-centric and evidence-based to achieve the best possible outcomes for the patient.  He earned a master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Baylor University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Geo is a twenty-year US Army Veteran and a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated.

In his free time, Geo enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters.


Keith Neumann

Keith Neuman, MBA

Senior Vice President of Information Systems

Keith joined Peak Vista with over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience and has worked with 8 different FQHCs during his time at IU Health/Healthnet, Inc.

Previously, he held roles as both a Senior Director – M&A Healthcare Lead with Performance Improvement Partners and an Executive IT Advisor for Glass Full, LLC. He also served in various executive leadership positions across several states, including serving as the EVP of Strategic Initiatives & Chief Information Officer (CIO) for LGS Legacy Care in Virginia; VP & CIO for Roper St. Francis Health in South Carolina; and SVP & CIO for Lutheran Health Network in Indiana.

Keith earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Information Systems from Indiana University, and later his Master of Business Administration with a Healthcare Specialization from Indiana Wesleyan University. When he’s not in the office, Keith enjoys exploring the outdoors and traveling with his family.


Colt Corman

A native of Colorado Springs, Colt has been serving and investing in the lives of Colorado’s underserved and disenfranchised community with Peak Vista since 2014, and brings over 19 years of organizational development and business leadership to compliment this passion for creating positive change in our community.

In addition to earning his Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Colt has many years of community development experience both domestically and overseas – fueled by his passion for service, fighting social inequality and a belief in the power of compassionate advocacy to create change.

Colt spends his free time with his wife and sons, exploring Colorado’s spectacular mountains.


Bradley Stokes

Bradley Stokes, D.O.

VP Family Practice Service Line North Academy

Dr. Stokes was born and raised in rural Idaho, where he developed a deep appreciation for community and hard work. His journey in medicine led him to Colorado Springs in 2018, where he now serves patients with a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University–Idaho before pursuing his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Des Moines University. Following medical school, he completed his residency in Cincinnati, Ohio, through the Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education, where he refined his expertise and embraced an evidence-based approach to healthcare.

Dr. Stokes believes in fostering a strong patient-provider relationship built on education, trust, and open communication. He empowers his patients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their health, ensuring the best possible outcomes. His ability to connect with diverse patients is further enhanced by his fluency in both English and Spanish.

In his free time, Dr. Stokes enjoys cooking, hiking, reading, and spending quality time with his family.


Richard Leensvaart

Richard Leensvaart, DDS

Vice President of Dental Services

Dr. Leensvaart attended school at the University of Colorado Health Science Center - School of Dentistry, and graduated in 2011 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Leensvaart began as a student intern with Peak Vista and is originally from Littleton, CO.

When not working, Dr. Leensvaart enjoys skiing, snowboarding and woodworking, and enjoys vacationing in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.


Sherri Sharp

Sherri Sharp, PhD

Vice President of Behavioral Health

Dr. Sharp completed her undergraduate degree from Indiana University Northwest in Gary, Indiana and went on to graduate with her PhD in Psychology in 2004. Dr. Sharp completed her residency in Pediatric Psychology at the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed a Fellowship in Clinical Psychology at Shriners Hospitals for Children. Dr. Sharp is passionate about the way Peak Vista strives to provide exceptional care to individuals who may not otherwise be able to access health care. Dr. Sharp specializes in behavioral health changes and coping with chronic health conditions and accomplishes these with short-term, solution-focused intervention.

In her spare time, Dr. Sharp enjoys spending time with her family and loves to explore new places.


Katie Boudreaux

Katie Boudreaux, PharmD

Vice President of Pharmacy Services
(with Peak Vista since 2017)

Dr. Boudreaux is originally from Texas and has also resided in Oklahoma. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2004 and later completed an accredited residency program in Pharmacotherapy. She joined Peak Vista in 2017 and became our Director of Pharmacy in 2021. She shares that she is especially proud of being one of the founding pharmacists for managing diabetes within Peak Vista’s Cardiovascular Risk & Diabetes Center. She also has pharmacy leadership experience working within retail, hospital, and clinical pharmacies.

Enthusiastic about opportunities to further integrate pharmacy services, Dr. Boudreaux comments “Pharmacy is so much more than dispensing drugs. We are problem-solvers, patient advocates, safety pillars, trusted advisors, and clinical practitioners."

Dr. Boudreaux’s pastimes include listening to music (usually singing along), baking, trying new restaurants, and watching movies.


Kyle Eades

Vice President of Patient Engagement

Kyle received his master’s in business administration from Colorado Technical University and his bachelor’s degree in business management from Colorado State University-Pueblo. As a Colorado native, he brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to this position. He is dedicated to his staff and is actively engaged in their development and advancement. Kyle focuses on the delivery of exceptional customer service, achievement of goals and the fostering of genuine interpersonal relationships. He strives to make a connection with everyone that he interacts with, both staff and patients alike.

Outside of work, Kyle values spending quality time with his wife and their three children.  As a family, they enjoy hiking and camping in the beautiful outdoors as well as making memories with their extended family and friends. 


Cassidy Palermo

Cassidy Crossman, MBA-HA

Vice President of Clinical Operations

Cassidy earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Illinois and dedicated many years to programs that helped individuals overcome barriers to achieving optimal health and wellness. After moving to Colorado and coming to work at Peak Vista, Cassidy earned her master’s degree in business administration, with a focus on health care administration, from the University of Northern Colorado.

Cassidy started at Peak Vista in 2015 as a member of the High-Risk Care Management team. She now oversees Peak Vista’s Behavioral Health Operations, Dental Operations, Community-Based Practices & Programs, and Sterile Processing teams. 

In her free time, Cassidy likes to spend time with her family doing arts and crafts or exploring the great outdoors.


Rachel McBride

Rachel McBride

Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management

Rachel comes to Peak Vista with 20+ years of Revenue Cycle experience in hospital and provider services including family practice, cardiology, pulmonology, urology, gastroenterology, OB/GYN, pediatrics, urgent care, and more.

Rachel earned her master’s degree in business administration and has been a Certified Professional Coder since 2009. She previously worked in the behavioral health field in Austin, Texas as a Case Manager/Case Coordinator supporting individuals in need, helping them to live independently in the community. Having worked with a 4-time HFMA MAP award-winning organization in revenue cycle, she works towards patient accounts excellence.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys hiking, skiing, and celebrating life with her husband and three children.


Lisa James

Lisa R. James

Senior Director of Philanthropy and Advocacy
(with Peak Vista since 2022)

Lisa brings decades of experience in raising funds to Peak Vista. The throughline in her career has been a deeply-held commitment to connecting donors’ values to the work of her organizations, activating millions of dollars for higher education, visual and performing arts, and medical research.

Most recently, Lisa served as the Executive Director of Pikes Peak State College Foundation, where she increased the annual amount of scholarship funding five-fold. She spent fifteen years in the San Francisco Bay Area, bookended by San Jose Museum of Art and San Francisco Opera. Her Master of Business in Arts Administration is from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Bachelor of Arts degree is from the University of Denver. Although not a native, she grew up in Colorado Springs and is happy to once again call it home.

Lisa gardens, hikes, reads, and has adventures with her good dog, Jasper.


Daniel Bay

Daniel is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience in the technology industry, having lived and led teams across the globe in diverse regions such as China and Ukraine as well as here in the United States. With an extensive background in Broadcast Television Engineering, he specializes in system integration and infrastructure management.

What started as an exploration into the nonprofit sector has developed into a genuine passion for Peak Vista’s mission, values, and communities impacted by our work. He is committed to breaking down technology barriers to ensure the best delivery of healthcare for all patients across the region.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys traveling both internationally and domestically, with a special love for camping in off-the-beaten-path locations. A self-proclaimed board game enthusiast, he also appreciates an evening in strategizing, spending time with loved ones, and enjoying a well-earned win.


Suzanne Faulkenberry

Suzanne Faulkenberry

Senior Director of Communications, Marketing, and Business Partnerships

Suzanne started her marketing and communications career at the agency level, working with a variety of clients – from well-known, national brands to regionally loved favorites. It was there she developed a love of mission-based organizations, which led her to pivot to the nonprofit sector over a decade ago and she hasn’t looked back since.

For Suzanne, data and communications go hand-in-hand. She enjoys blending creative strategy with analytics to inform campaigns, drive engagement, and achieve measurable results. Her approach is consumer-first, and she is passionate about creating the best user experience at each touchpoint, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with both business goals and user needs.

While it can be hard to pull Suzanne away from her work, she always makes time for her friends and family. You can either find her outside hiking and snowboarding or hunkered down inside with a nonfiction book and a new recipe to try.
