Peak Vista is providing:

  • The vaccine to patients of all appropriate ages. 
  • Booster shots and third doses to those who qualify.
  • Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

How to Get Vaccinated
  • You do not need to be a Peak Vista patient.
  • IDs and insurance are not required.
  • The COVID-19 vaccine is free.
  • Please bring your prior COVID-19 vaccine documentation if available.
