We are delighted to introduce you to our new fellowship, The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Fellowship, which offers full-time employed positions for transitioning or recently graduated licensed APRNs looking to enhance their practice competence and confidence in a progressive, collaborative learning environment. The 12-month program combines mentorship, problem-based learning, and hands-on clinical experience primarily located at the Integrated Fellowship clinic, with unique rotations within Peak Vista to complement the program. The PMNHP Fellowship also includes out-rotations with Inpatient, Crisis, Developmental Disabilities Health Center, and Primary Care.

Rebecca Sours, PMHNP
Rebecca Sours, PMHNP, is a behavioral health care provider who joined the Peak Vista team in 2024. Rebecca earned her undergraduate degree from Adams State University and completed her graduate degree at Regis University. She approaches each patient with care and empathy.

In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family.

Grace Otuokere, PMHNP, DNP
Grace Otuokere, PMHNP, DNP, is a behavioral health care provider who joined the Peak Vista team in 2024. Dr. Otuokere earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and completed her medical degree at UT Health San Antonio. She approaches patient care by creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where patients can feel seen and heard. Dr. Otuokere empowers patients by providing education, treatment options, and self-care practices.

In her free time, Dr. Otuokere enjoys traveling, discovering unfamiliar places, and meeting people.

Brittany Marquez, PMHNP
Brittany Marquez, PMHNP, is a behavioral health care provider who joined the Peak Vista team in 2024. Brittany earned her undergraduate degree from Regis University and completed her graduate degree at the University of South Carolina. She meets each client where they are in their journey and focuses on holistic and family-centered care.

In her free time, Brittany enjoys long-distance backpacking, reading, or relaxing with her dogs.

Taylor Hartke, PMHNP
Taylor Hartke, PMHNP, is a behavioral health care provider who joined the Peak Vista team in 2024. Taylor received her undergraduate degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University and completed her graduate degree at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. She offers a non-judgmental, supportive, collaborative, and comprehensive approach to health care.

In her free time, Taylor enjoys trail running, hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing.
