We are delighted to introduce you to the class of 2025. Starting this September, our APRN Primary Care Fellowship offers full-time employed positions for transitioning or recently graduated licensed Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) who wish to enhance their practice competence and confidence in a progressive, collaborative environment. This 12-month program combines mentorship, problem-based learning, and hands-on clinical experience centered around the Health Center at Printers Pkwy, 340.

Meet the Fellows:

Jacob Sechrest, DNP
Jacob Sechrest, DNP, is a medical care provider who joined the Peak Vista team in 2024. Dr. Sechrest earned undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. He cares for each patient as directed by their values, needs, and understanding.

In his free time, Dr. Sechrest enjoys working on home projects and spending time with his wife and dogs.

Sarah Sheth, NP
Sarah Sheth, NP, is a medical care provider who joined the Peak Vista team in 2024. Sarah earned her undergraduate degree from George Mason University and completed her graduate degree at Frontier Nursing University. She incorporates a team approach to health care with the patient at the center.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys cooking, hiking, watching TV, and gardening.

Taylor Lovgren, NP
Taylor Lovgren, NP, is a medical care provider who joined the Peak Vista team in 2024. Taylor earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and completed her graduate degree at Regis University. She believes that each patient deserves compassionate, holistic, and exceptional care.

In her free time, Taylor enjoys skiing, camping, and spending time with family.

Victoria Michaelson, DNP
Victoria Michaelson, DNP, is a medical care provider who joined the Peak Vista team in 2024. Dr. Michaelson earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. She believes that each patient deserves compassionate, holistic, and exceptional care.

In her free time, Dr. Michaelson enjoys hiking, running, video games, and spending time with her cat.
